We’re on a mission to take the best parts of in-person team collaboration and make them even better in the remote-first world. We’re starting by building a virtual sales floor for remote sales teams.

As a sales leader, you understand the challenges of building and scaling a sales team: onboarding new reps, coaching under-performers to match top-performers, pushing everyone to meet quota, building a strong team culture. This is even harder when the team is remote - reps are siloed, they’re not learning from each other, they’re not motivated to hit quota, and managers don’t have enough visibility to identify & solve these problems.

The Nooks virtual sales floor helps motivate and train reps faster by recreating a collaborative, bullpen work environment. Reps work together in Nooks rooms, listen-in to other calls with prospects, and share live feedback and learnings just like a physical office. Managers have complete visibility so they can keep everyone accountable and give real-time coaching to help reps learn faster.

We’re a Stanford-founded team and we’ve raised $5M from Tola Capital and Floodgate, the same investors that invested in the seed round of Outreach, Twitter, and Lyft. And we’re growing fast (30% MoM)!

The Role

We’re looking for a founding account executive to execute and refine our sales playbook from lead generation to closing. You shouldn’t be afraid to get your hands dirty and prospect yourself. You’ll be involved in closing deals and improving our sales strategy.

We’re at a point where we have too much inbound and not enough sellers. Come join us and help us close deals!
